About Us

Firm founder Stephen Fiorentino founded the Fiorentino Law Offices in 1985 after five years as a prosecutor with the Cook County State’s Attorney Office. Having fought for victims in the criminal courtroom, he wanted to continue that fight for those who have been wrongfully injured. After 30 years, he has recovered over 100 million dollars for injured victims and their loved ones. That tradition of service is now being carried on by his sons and firm partners, Michael Fiorentino and Anthony Fiorentino.

At Fiorentino Law Offices, we understand that our clients often come to us in a time of great crisis in their lives. We make it our priority to always honor the personal nature of your case and give you the full attention you deserve. We also know that this may be the first time you have ever had to deal with the legal system. When you allow us to represent you for your personal injury case, whether it be an auto accident, medical malpractice, work related injury, premises liability or wrongful death case, you can rest assured that we will be there every step of the way guiding you. From our family, to yours.

Why Choose Us

As a smaller law firm concentrated in the area of personal injury, you will always have direct contact with the lead attorney on your file. You won’t have to worry about having to talk to layers of paralegals or other personnel just to get the answers you need from your lawyer. We take the situations our clients are facing seriously and strive to always be available on the phone to answer questions that come up as we go through the litigation process. We also offer over 50 years of experience negotiating, settling these types of cases and taking them to trial with great success if a resolution can’t be reached.

What we can do for you

When you or someone you love has been hurt, your whole life is thrown into chaos. We know you are dealing with inundated calls from medical providers, billing collectors, insurance companies and others. We will take all of that off you hands so that you can focus on what really matters: your recovery. We’re here to make the process easier and help you put your life back together.

Free Case Evaluations

We understand that when you or a loved one has been involved in a traumatic injury, you are looking for answers before you can even make the decision to take legal action. We’re happy to answer any questions you may have and explain the process over the phone, by email or in our office. The initial consultation is always free, and each consultation is provided personally by one of the firm’s partners. Emails are reviewed throughout each day and responded to within 24 hours. To have your question answered promptly, just click on “contact” tab above and send a message or call our office to speak with one of our attorneys or schedule an appointment.

The Personal Injury Case Process

If you retain our office, we’ll do a thorough investigation to gather and preserve any available evidence. We’ll obtain copies of your medical records and bills related to your injuries, asses any lost wages you may have from missing work, any future medical care you may need because of your injuries and any other damages we believe you have suffered.

We’ll negotiate with the insurance company representing the person who caused your accident or acted negligently to fairly compensate you. We promise to always keep you in the loop on these negotiations. If your claim doesn’t settle and your case goes to trial, we will vigorously fight to get the maximum value of your case.

We work on a contingency fee basis, which means that we do not get paid unless you recover money on your case.

We are located in the Chicago Loop area at the corner of LaSalle and Lake. Our office is a short walk to the Richard J. Daley Center, where we attend court calls nearly every day. Part of each day is also dedicated to answering questions from existing clients or potential new clients.
